UMI Pearls has a strict company policy to ensure all information divulged by customers are kept in strict confidence and endeavour to provide a premium service for all of our customers.

Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, browse our web pages and click on any items that you wish to buy. Put them into the shopping cart, remembering to complete all of the requested information detailing your particular purchase choices such as type of gold required or length of strand.

After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We also accept telephone orders. Please call the UMI Pearl Customer Helpline on 800-UMI or+971(0)4 4469898 if dialing from outside the UAE.

Global Orders

We accept orders from all over the world and are happy to process credit card and debit card payments.

Pricing Policy

All items are shown in US$.

UMI Pearls reserves the right to change any advertised price at any time.

Every attempt has been made to ensure that the prices and details of the pearl products on this website are correct. If we find we have made an error before we dispatch your order we will contact you to advice of any price or specification changes.

If, after receiving your UMI Pearl product you feel the goods do not match their description on the website then please follow our standard returns policy.

Delivery Schedule

We make every effort to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment being received. The shipping time ranges between 24 hours to 7 days depending on where the item is being dispatched. We endeavour to use the shortest and most effective delivery time possible.

Out of stock items

If a specific product is out of stock, it will be displayed by the product or you will not be able to add the item to your shopping cart. If you have any queries on out of stock items, please contact UMI Pearls directly by email or telephone.

Credit Card Security

The part of the web site that collects your credit card information is hosted by Network International, our preferred online partner. Your details are not held on our web site or our databases. Privacy Policy

UMI Pearls will not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you choose to access your account. Information and data collected by this site is used to:

  1. Take and fulfill customer orders
  2. Administer and enhance the site and service
  3. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

You have ten days from date of delivery to make your mind up! If you have received a product from us that is faulty or does not meet expectations, you MUST first contact us at returns@umipearls.com before returning the item.

We are happy to refund or replace any UMI Pearls product which is faulty or does not meet expectations provided the product is returned to us with the relevant invoice, with the full packaging and in the same condition it arrived in. Remember you must contact us within the expiry period of ten days to report your complaint. Please note that you will be liable for any return delivery charge on the items with the exception of faulty items.

  1. Call us! Contact UMI within ten days to let us know you are unhappy with your product. You can do this either by phone 800-UMI or outside of the UAE +971(0)4 4469898 or email returns@umipearls.com. Please have your order number on hand.
  2. Courier it back to UMI. Place your UMI product back in its original packaging with the invoice and give us a brief outline about why you are returning the item. Please send through a trusted courier and ensure a signature is asked for on delivery*.
  3. Exchange or refund? UMI will refund or exchange your item within 14 days of complaint; just let us know your preference.

*Regrettably, UMI cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is returned safely and securely with the invoice and original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the quick turnover of our orders, unfortunately we adopt a no cancellations policy. However, there may be occasions when this may be possible. In the event of an order cancellation or charge please contact UMI Pearls immediately at info@umipearls.com.
